Principals Message

Mr. Bridi's Video Message

Welcome parents and students!  This year we will not have a physical, in person registration.  However please see the list of resources below and in the right hand column for your consideration, especially our highly supportive PTSA and RBEF.  They will continue on their path to enrich our students education, and need you more than ever to stay connected with active membership and community participation.

The first day of school will be August 26, which will again start our Distance Learning Model.  Student schedules will be emailed to parents and students (RBUSD student email accounts).  When it is safe for students to transition (unknown at this time) back to school we will be contacting all RBUSD Alternative Education families to list the safety and academic expectations within the Hybrid Model that we will be actively following.  When we return to campus for the Hybrid Model, school identification photos will then be taken.  Families will be individually contacted prior to the start of the school-year to pick up any resources/learning materials that may be needed for each class.  This will be safely distributed in the Dreizler parking lot.  Please check with your student to see that their Chromebook is in good working order, as this will be the main conduit to connect with our teaching staff and to access instructional materials.  Please review the RBUSD Reopening Plan link below, which may provide you additional insight to the start of this school-year.  Additionally, I will be messaging to families specific information based on the Alternative Education Program their student attends.

RBUSD will be sending out an online re-enrollment message for you to access the week of August 10th.  It is highly important that all information submitted by you is accurate, so that school to home/home to school communications are seamless and transparency exists.  It is imperative that we work together during this historic year, where all communications will be accessed through electronic/virtual means.  I am confident that we will continue together to engage and academically support our students in learning.  I thank you in advance for being patient and kind to all within our learning community as we tackle this endeavor together.

I look forward to the new school-year!

Be well and stay connected,

Anthony Bridi
